TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For both your and our protection, we make use of PayFast’s Secure Online Payment Gateway. At Checkout, you will be directed away from our website to PayFast’s secure platform where you can make payment using any of the following options:
- Instant EFT
- Credit or Cheque Cards
- Debit Cards (Visa Electron or Maestro, providing that you have a Vodacom, Cell-C or MTN cell number for verification)
- BitCoin (scan the QR code directly from your wallet app)
Orders will be prepared for delivery once payment has cleared. Please note that any orders made over the weekend only clear by Tuesday. Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days. Your order is delivered to your door by either Aramex or The Courier Guy and should take 2-3 working days to all major centres in South Africa, plus adding 24-48 hours to rural or remote areas.
A Flat Rate fee of R100 is charged for door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa. Courier Insurance is for your own cost and you will be able to make arrangements with the relevant carrier once you receive your order and delivery confirmation from us.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchange items within 7 days of you receiving the item. In order to arrange a refund you can contact us at email@example.com Once your items have left us they might experience a bumpy ride or get managed a bit roughly. If you take delivery and open the packaging to find them damaged, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. In order to lodge an exchange request please send us the the following:
- Photos of the damaged items.
- A photo of your waybill received when signing for your order.
- Your name & order number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Exchanges can only take place for damaged caused by the courier. If any wear and tear of your prints take place while getting framed or once framed, we are unable to assist with an exchange. If you have ordered the incorrect print size & would like to exchange your prints – you will need to cover the cost of the courier to collect from your address & deliver to Libby Bell Art. You will also need to cover the courier fee for your new prints.
Refunds will only be made via Electronic Funds Transfer to your bank account or if you so wish, in the form of a Shopping Voucher for the value of your refund. We will unfortunately not entertain any cash refunds.
