How much does a commission cost?

A very rough guideline to how I price my commissions is as follows:


1. Logo artwork painting (please note, I only paint the artwork for logos and do not design the completed logo, as in, adding fonts and a tagline etc.). I will of course discuss this with you and paint the artwork according to your final imagined logo!



2. Painting: This is completely dependant on the subject/s requested and prices can vary hugely.

A5 oversized - R2500.00

A4 oversize - R4500.00

A3 oversized and larger - R6000.00 and up


Please do get in touch with your query by filling out the contact form as these prices could also be lowered depending on what you’d like me to paint for you.

Regrettably, no portraits.

Why won’t my discount code work on certain items?

Unfortunately, discount codes are only valid on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Can I amend my order?

We do understand that errors can sometimes occur when placing an order online. We will always try to amend an order, however, we cannot guarantee that this is always possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or amendments. If you need to amend an order, please get in contact with us at your earliest convenience.

I’ve noticed an error with my recent order, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service Team straight away, with details of the error and your order reference. We do advise that it may take up to two working days for an email to be acknowledged, during busy times, so would recommend calling us directly with any urgent queries. Our Customer Service Team are available at info@libbybellart.com or on 0826040553, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

My order is going to a gift recipient, can I include a gift message?

Yes! Please add the recipients name and your message in the “Add a note” section when you checkout your order.

How can I pay for my order and which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

Our website is equipped with PayFast (South African Checkout) and PayPal (International checkout - but available to South Africans as well). We accept all major bank cards and EFT (direct bank transfer).

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We charge a flat-rate of R450.00 to ship to your door, anywhere in the world! Please be sure to check your customs fees once the parcel arrives in your country as this is not covered by Libby Bell Art (Pty) Ltd.


(As of July 2020, this equates roughly to $27, £21 and €24)

What are my local shipping options?

We use The Courier Guy to ship TO YOUR DOOR anywhere in South Africa for a flatrate of R85.00.
You can COLLECT your parcel for free at Elmswood Showroom on the Sabie/ Lydenburg Road (10 mins drive out of Nelspruit) if you’re a Lowveld Local or are passing through.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery will take 7-10 working days (orders within South Africa) and a minimum of 14 working days (international). Please let us know (in the “Add a note” section at the checkout) if you are in a hurry for your order and would like special provision to be made to process and ship your order faster than usual and we will do our best to make sure your parcel arrives in time for your special occasion/day.

How to care for my prints?

Prints framed behind glass will last longer than those that remain unframed. In order to ensure the longevity of your prints, please do not hang them in a place where they will receive direct sunlight.
