Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 4-5 business days for us to print, package and take your parcel to our courier. For international orders, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Please note: We get an influx of orders from September – December. Orders can take up to a week and a half to be shipped. If you have an urgent order, please don’t hesitate to email us at so that we can see what we can do to get your order to you ASAP. Once it is with our local South African couriers, it usually takes one night to get to the Gauteng region and two or three nights to get to the rest of South Africa. All deliveries are door-to-door.

If you are shipping internationally please note that unfortunately there will be tax & duties to be paid once arriving. These vary from country to country so please consult with your local courier company for more info on your specific taxes and duties. Upon request, we will provide you with your parcel’s exact weight and measurements.

South African shipping is a flat-rate of R35.00 to your door until the end of December 2023. International shipping is a standard flat-rate of R200. (approx. $11 / £10 / €9 – calculated September 2023) to your door to any country in the world.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel’s waybill number and a link to the couriers Track-and-Trace function. Enter your waybill number there and you’ll be able to track you parcel to your door.

Yes, we’ll gladly ship your order to a gift recipient and we’ll include a beautiful hand-written card for free as well! Don’t forget to enter their details for the shipping at Checkout and enter your message into the box for gift recipient notes.

You can pay for your order using the following payment gateways on the website: PayFast (standard SA payment Gateway) or PayFlex (Pay your order off in four interest-free instalments over six weeks) or PayPal (for all international payments but also available to South Africans).

Should you receive your parcel damaged by the courier, kindly send photos within 1-2 days of receiving the damaged package. We will need as many photos as possible – of the packaging as well as the product itself. Please send these to
