The Vintage Birth Flower Print Collection (Full set of 12 individual prints)

‘It is thought that birth month flowers originated in Roman times, when birthday celebrations first began. These early celebrations included decorating the altars of Roman gods with flowers, and giving flowers as birthday gifts.’

The concept for an exquisite collection of vintage-style Birth flower watercolour paintings came to me last year in August and I started on the first of the twelve super-detailed, highly-decorative and beautiful flowers then already. Juggling many painting commissions, running my business and being a mom to three little boys under three years old made completing this set before August 2022 a huge challenge but, all the midnight oil I owned was well-burned and now, I present to you The Vintage Birth Flower Print Collection in all its blooming, leafy glory!

I hope you will find great joy and satisfaction in displaying these prints in your home, and that every time you see them you will be reminded of the great poem by William Wordsworth in which he remarks on a glade of daffodils:
